To Return a Part or Accessory

  • Enter your order number and ZIP code below.
  • On your order, select the item you want to return.
  • You’ll receive a printable return mailing label with an RMA number. Use this label to ship your product back to GE. Be sure to keep a copy of the label for yourself until your return has been processed and you receive your credit.
  • Once we receive the returned items, GE will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase. If the reason for the return is determined to be GE’s error, we’ll issue an additional $4 credit toward the shipping costs.

GE Parts & Accessories Return Policy

To receive credit for returned parts and accessories, all items must be in sellable condition.

  • 30 Day Return Policy

    Items may be returned within 30 days from the date they were shipped from our warehouse without a restocking fee.
  • 31–90 Day Return Policy

    Items may be returned within 31–90 days from the date they were shipped from our warehouse. A $15 restocking fee will be charged.
  • Over 90 Day Return Policy

    Items that were shipped more than 90 days ago cannot be returned.
