To Return a Part or Accessory
- Enter your order number and ZIP code below.
- On your order, select the item you want to return.
- You’ll receive a printable return mailing label with an RMA number. Use this label to ship your product back to GE Appliances. Be sure to keep a copy of the label for yourself until your return has been processed and you receive your credit.
- Once we receive the returned items, We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase. If the reason for the return is determined to be our error, we’ll issue an additional $4 credit toward the shipping costs.
GE Appliance Parts & Accessories Return Policy
To receive credit for returned parts and accessories, all items must be in sellable condition.
30 Day Return PolicyItems may be returned within 30 days from the date they were shipped from our warehouse without a restocking fee.
31–90 Day Return PolicyItems may be returned within 31–90 days from the date they were shipped from our warehouse. A $15 restocking fee will be charged.
Over 90 Day Return PolicyItems that were shipped more than 90 days ago cannot be returned.
