Look up your order below to begin the return process. Orders that have been shipped over 90 days ago are not eligible to be returned.

You will be provided an RMA number which must be included so that we can process your return.

GE Appliance Parts & Accessories Return Policy

To receive credit for returned parts and accessories, all items must be in sellable condition.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, but if the reason for return is determined to be our error, we'll issue an additional $4 credit toward the shipping costs.

  • 30 Day Return Policy

    Items may be returned within 30 days from the date they were shipped from our warehouse without a restocking fee.
  • 31–90 Day Return Policy

    Items may be returned within 31–90 days from the date they were shipped from our warehouse. A $15 restocking fee will be charged.
  • Over 90 Day Return Policy

    Items that were shipped more than 90 days ago cannot be returned.
